1. DIRECT SALE TO FINAL CONSUMERS ONLY
Blumarine Home Collection follows a commercial policy that sells directly and exclusively to the “final consumer,” defined as a natural person acting on Blumarine Home Collection for purposes unrelated to their trade, business, or professional activities.
If you are not a final consumer, please refrain from using our services to make purchases on Blumarine Home Collection. SVAD DONDI S.p.A. reserves the right not to process purchase orders from individuals who are not final consumers and any orders that do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and these Terms and Conditions of Use.

2. HOW TO PURCHASE FROM BLUMARINE HOME COLLECTION
To finalize a purchase contract for one or more products on Blumarine Home Collection, you must complete the electronic order form and send it to the Seller via telecommunication, following the relevant instructions.
The order form includes a reference to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and a summary of essential product information, prices (including taxes), available payment methods, delivery methods, shipping and delivery costs, conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal, and procedures and timeframes for returning purchased products.
The contract is finalized once SVAD DONDI S.p.A. receives your order form, verifies its accuracy, and sends you an Order Confirmation. The language available for concluding the contract with SVAD DONDI S.p.A. is Italian. Once the contract is finalized, SVAD DONDI S.p.A. will process your purchase order.
SVAD DONDI S.p.A. may decline purchase orders that do not provide sufficient solvency guarantees, are incomplete or incorrect, or if the products are unavailable. In such cases, we will inform you via email that the contract was not concluded and that SVAD DONDI S.p.A. did not process your purchase order, specifying the reasons.
If products shown on Blumarine Home Collection are no longer available or for sale at the time of your visit or order submission, SVAD DONDI S.p.A. will inform you promptly, and in any case within thirty (30) days from the day following your order, about the unavailability of ordered products. If you’ve submitted the order and paid, SVAD DONDI S.p.A. will refund the amount already paid.
By submitting your order form electronically, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. If you disagree with any of the terms, please do not submit the order form.
By sending the order form, you confirm that you have read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the additional information provided on Blumarine Home Collection, including via links: Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy, and the Withdrawal Policy.
Once the contract is finalized, SVAD DONDI S.p.A. will send you an email receipt summarizing the order details (General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Withdrawal Policy, essential product features, detailed price, payment methods, and delivery costs).
