1. Offer Exclusively for Consumers
SVAD DONDI S.p.A. sells through the Blumarine Home Collection website exclusively to end users who qualify as “consumers.” A “consumer” means any natural person acting on Blumarine Home Collection for purposes unrelated to their commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activities.
If you are not a consumer, please refrain from making transactions via Blumarine Home Collection. SVAD DONDI S.p.A. reserves the right not to process orders from entities other than consumers or from orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply solely to the offer, submission, and acceptance of purchase orders for products on Blumarine Home Collection between users and SVAD DONDI S.p.A. They do not govern services or product sales by third parties accessible through the website via links, banners, or other hyperlinks. Before submitting orders to third parties, please review their sales terms, as SVAD DONDI S.p.A. is not responsible for services provided or transactions conducted by such external entities.
2. How to Purchase on Blumarine Home Collection
The purchase contract for one or more products is finalized by completing and submitting the electronic order form via telecommunication, following the provided instructions.
The order form includes:
- Reference to these Terms and Conditions of Sale
- Summary of product features and prices (including applicable taxes)
- Accepted payment methods
- Delivery options and shipping fees
- Terms for exercising the right of withdrawal
- Procedures and timeframes for returning purchased items
The contract is considered concluded once SVAD DONDI S.p.A. receives the order form electronically, verifies its accuracy, and sends a Confirmation of Order. Before submitting your order, you will be asked to review the Terms of Sale and Withdrawal Policy and save or print a copy for personal use.
Your order will be stored in our database for the time necessary to fulfill it and in accordance with legal requirements. You can access it through the My Orders section. Before submission, you’ll also be asked to correct any input errors.
The contract language available is Italian. Once the order is confirmed, SVAD DONDI S.p.A. will proceed with fulfillment.
SVAD DONDI S.p.A. may refuse orders that do not guarantee solvency, are incomplete or incorrect, or if products are unavailable. You will be notified via email along with the reasons for refusal.
If products shown on Blumarine Home Collection become unavailable during the ordering process, SVAD DONDI S.p.A. will notify you promptly and in any case within thirty (30) days from order submission. If you have already paid, a full refund will be issued.
By submitting the order form, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to comply with them in all dealings with SVAD DONDI S.p.A. If you do not agree, do not submit the order.
Submitting the order confirms your acknowledgment of the General Terms of Sale and all additional information linked on the site, including the Terms of Use, Right of Withdrawal, and Privacy Policy.
After accepting your order, SVAD DONDI S.p.A. will send a Purchase Receipt via email, summarizing the order details including price, payment method, shipping cost, and essential product characteristics.
3. Product Guarantees and Pricing
Blumarine Home Collection offers only first-quality products. SVAD DONDI S.p.A. does not sell used, irregular, or lower-standard goods.
Essential product details are listed on each item’s product page. Images and colors may differ from actual products due to browser and monitor display variations.
Prices may be updated. Please confirm the final sale price before submitting your order. Purchase requests from countries not listed in the splash page cannot be processed by SVAD DONDI S.p.A.
All items come with original packaging, which forms an integral part of the product. Please do not discard it. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, SVAD DONDI S.p.A. may refuse returns lacking original packaging, or items that have been altered or damaged.
4. Payment
You may use any of the payment methods listed in the order form to pay for your items and shipping costs.
For credit card payments, financial information (e.g., card number, expiration date) will be securely transmitted via encrypted protocol to Banca Popolare dell’Emilia Romagna – Viadana Branch, which provides remote electronic payment services. These details will not be accessed by third parties.
SVAD DONDI S.p.A. uses this data only to fulfill your purchase and process refunds in case of returns or withdrawal, or to report fraudulent activity to the appropriate authorities.
Your account will be charged for the product price and shipping costs as stated in the order form.

These instructions are part of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and are considered fully accepted upon submitting your order.

7. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract with SVAD DONDI S.p.A. without penalty and without providing any reason, within fourteen (14) working days from the day you received the products purchased on Blumarine Home Collection.
To exercise this right:
- You must return the products to SVAD DONDI S.p.A. by handing them to a courier for shipping within fourteen (14) working days from receipt.
- The return shipping costs will be at your expense and match the original shipping charges.
To qualify for a valid withdrawal:
- Products must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- All returned products must be shipped in a single parcel—SVAD DONDI S.p.A. reserves the right to reject returns from a single order if shipped at different times.
- Products must be handed to the courier within fourteen (14) working days from delivery.
If these conditions are met, SVAD DONDI S.p.A. will refund the amounts paid—excluding shipping costs—as soon as possible, and no later than thirty (30) days from the acknowledgment of the withdrawal.
If the withdrawal is not properly executed, no refund will be issued. You may choose to reclaim the returned products at your own expense in their current condition. Otherwise, SVAD DONDI S.p.A. may retain both the products and the purchase amount.
8. Refund Procedures and Timing
Upon receipt of returned products, SVAD DONDI S.p.A. will verify their compliance with the conditions stated in section 7.
If the check is positive, you will receive a confirmation email accepting the return.
Regardless of the payment method used, SVAD DONDI S.p.A. will initiate the refund process as soon as possible, and no later than thirty (30) days from becoming aware of your valid withdrawal.
If the recipient of the products differs from the person who made the payment, SVAD DONDI S.p.A. will still issue the refund to the original payer.
SVAD DONDI S.p.A. recommends DHL as the preferred courier for returns.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

- Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003, regarding e-commerce
In case of disputes between SVAD DONDI S.p.A. and any end user, the competent jurisdiction shall be that of the consumer’s local court.

These Terms may be updated in response to legislative changes or internal policy adjustments. Any new versions will become effective from the date of publication on the website.
