Right of Withdrawal
Blumarine Home Collection’s goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may exercise your right of withdrawal, without penalty, within fourteen (14) business days from the day you received the products purchased from Blumarine Home Collection. Returned products must be handed over to the courier within 14 business days from the date of receipt. Returns can be made by shipping the package through the courier specified by Blumarine Home Collection (DHL).
Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is deemed properly exercised if the following conditions are fully met:
- Products must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged;
- Products must be returned in their original packaging;
- Returned products must be sent to Blumarine Home Collection in a single shipment. Blumarine Home Collection reserves the right not to accept items from the same order returned and shipped at different times;
- Returned products must be handed over to the courier within fourteen (14) business days from the date you received them.
If all required conditions are met, Blumarine Home Collection will refund the full purchase price of the products. Original delivery shipping costs will not be refunded. The only costs borne by you are those for returning the products, which are equal to the original shipping costs.
You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions listed above. In such cases, you may choose to have the products returned to you at your expense. If you refuse this return, Blumarine Home Collection reserves the right to retain both the products and the amount paid for their purchase.
Refund Terms and Procedures
Dopo che Blumarine Home Collection avrà ricevuto il tuo reso e controllato che tutti i requisiti siano stati rispettati, riceverai una e-mail di conferma di accettazione del reso. Qualunque sia la modalità di pagamento da te utilizzata (carta di credito, PayPal, Scalapay o contrassegno), il rimborso è attivato da Blumarine Home Collection nel minore tempo possibile, e comunque entro trenta (30) giorni dalla data in cui è venuta a conoscenza dell’esercizio del tuo diritto di recesso, una volta verificato che il recesso sia avvenuto nel rispetto delle condizioni sopra riportate.
Il tempo effettivo per il riaccredito o la restituzione delle somme da te pagate per l’acquisto dei prodotti dipende dalle modalità di pagamento utilizzate:
- Credit or debit card: The time depends on the institution that issued your card. Note that the refund value date will match the original charge date, so no interest will be lost.
- PayPal: The refund will be credited to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. Refund timing on your credit card depends on the card issuer.
- Scalapay: If you’re entitled to a refund on your card, it may take up to 5 business days for the amount to appear in your account (timing depends on your bank). For more info, please refer to Scalapay’s policy.
The refunded amount will be credited once your return is accepted by the Seller.
Original Packaging
All products sold by Blumarine Home Collection include original packaging, which is an integral part of the item. We kindly ask that you do not discard or damage the packaging, otherwise your return may not be accepted.
DHL Courier
Returns will be shipped via DHL, which will be contacted by Blumarine Home Collection after receiving your return request email and confirming it. Please note that return shipping costs, as described above, will be deducted from your refund.
