Returns and refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the day you received the products purchased on Blumarine Home Collection.

Before returning

Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with any identification tags and seals, and not used or washed (for more information see Return Conditions below).

Prepare the package for the return within 14 days from the delivery of the order. Blumarine Home Collection reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent back late, or for products which are not in the same condition in which you received them.

Not satisfied with your purchase?

Blumarine Home Collection would like to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price paid for the returned products.

Please note: it is not possible to change the items purchased with other products.

Before sending your return to our warehouse verify that the conditions have been met. Blumarine Home Collection will refund the price of the returned products, net of shipping costs and returning costs. Blumarine Home Collection will not accept returns that do not meet all the requirements: in this case, the items will be sent back to your own address at your expenses.

Conditions of returns

All products available on Blumarine Home Collection are provided with the original package. We invite you to try the product without throwing the package because the returned items will not be accepted if they are not in the same conditions in which you have received them.

The return package must then be delivered to our courier (contacted by us) within fourteen (14) working days from the date you received the order. The returned products from the same order must be sent in a single shipment: Blumarine Home Collection will not accept returns from the same order delivered at different times.

If these conditions are fulfilled, Blumarine Home Collection will refund the price paid for the returned products. If one of these conditions is not fulfilled, Blumarine Home Collection will not accept your return and the items will be returned at your expense.

Send your return to Blumarine Home Collection

The return shipment is made by DHL courier: the courier is contacted by Blumarine Home Collection when you confirm the return request through the Return order procedure located on the detail page of the order to be returned, in the My Blumarine section.

We would like to remind you that the return fees specified above will be deduced from reimbursement of the returned articles.

The timing of refund

After our warehouse has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming the acceptance of your return. This process takes up to 7 working days of delivery of the package in stock.

A credit card or debit card refund: the required time to display the refund depends on the credit institution which issued the card.

A PayPal account refund will be visible within 48 hours. An actual credit card refund associated with your PayPal account depends on the credit institution which issued the card.

Refund for orders paid with Scalapay: once the return is approved, the installments already paid will be refunded while the installments not yet paid will be canceled. In the event of a partial return, the refund amount will be deducted from the remaining installments and you will receive a refund for any difference.
