Right of withdrawal

The purpose of Blumarine Home Collection is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right of withdrawal, without penalty, within fourteen (14) working days from the day you received the products purchased on Blumarine Home Collection. The items must be delivered to the carrier within 14 working days from the date of receipt. The products can be returned by dispatching the package through the courier indicated by Blumarine Home Collection (DHL).

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is exercised properly if the following conditions are fully met:

• the products must not be used, worn, washed or damaged;
• the products must be returned in their original packaging;
• the returned products must be sent to Blumarine Home Collection in a single shipment. Blumarine Home Collection, in fact, reserves the right not to accept products from the same order returned and delivered at different times;
• the returned products must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) working days from the date you received the products.

If you have complied with all the conditions required, Blumarine Home Collection will refund the full price of the purchased products. The shipping costs for delivery in origin of the products purchased will not be refunded. Costs at your expense for the return of the purchased products correspond to those of the original shipment.

On the contrary, you will be contacted if your return will not be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions. In this case, you can choose to have the products delivered at your expense. If you refuse this shipment Blumarine Home Collection reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for the purchase of products.

Refund times and methods

After Blumarine Home Collection has received your returned goods and checked that all requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirmation of acceptance of the return. Whatever the mode of payment you used (credit card, PayPal, or Scalapay), the refund is activated Blumarine Home Collection in the shortest time possible, and in any event within thirty (30) days from the date on which it became aware of exercise of your right of withdrawal, once verified that the withdrawal took place in compliance with the above conditions.

The actual time for crediting or returning the amount you paid for the purchase of products depends on the method of payment used:

• Purchase by credit card or debit card: the time required to display the refund depends on the institution that issued the card. We remind you that the value date of crediting shall be the same, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.
• Purchase through PayPal: refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. the actual repayment on the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
• Purchase through Scalapay: if you are entitled to a refund on your card, it can take up to 5 working days for the amount to appear in your account (timing varies from bank to bank). Visit the Scalapay notice for more information.

The refunded amount will be credited when your return will be accepted by the Seller.

Original packaging

All products offered for sale by Blumarine Home Collection are equipped with original packaging, which is part of the good. We invite you to try the product without throwing or destroy the original package.

DHL courier

The returns will be sent via courier DHL you will be contacted by Blumarine Home Collection after receiving your email request made and reported to have taken over; we want to remind you that the return fees, specified above, you will be deduced from the refund of the items to be returned.
